How far in advance should I plan my Australian trip?

For the best availability and rates, we recommend planning your Australian adventure 6-12 months in advance, especially if you're traveling during peak season (December-February) or visiting popular destinations like Sydney or the Great Barrier Reef. However, we can also accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.

What's the best time of year to visit Australia?

Australia's seasons are opposite to those in the Northern Hemisphere. The best time to visit depends on your destination within Australia:

  • Sydney & Melbourne: March-May (fall) and September-November (spring) offer pleasant temperatures and fewer crowds
  • Great Barrier Reef: June-October provides the best underwater visibility and less stinger risk
  • Northern Territory: May-September (dry season) is ideal for exploring Uluru and Kakadu

Do I need a visa to visit Australia?

Most visitors to Australia require a visa or electronic travel authority (ETA) before arrival. While we don't handle visa applications directly, we can provide guidance on which visa might be appropriate for your circumstances and direct you to official resources. We recommend addressing visa requirements well in advance of your planned travel dates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. For most bookings, we require a deposit (typically 25% of the total trip cost) to secure your reservation, with the balance due 60 days before departure. Customized payment plans can be arranged for certain packages.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! Australia is very accommodating of dietary needs. When booking, please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies, and we'll ensure that all included meals and restaurants can provide suitable options. This includes vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and allergy-specific requirements.

What's your cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy is:

  • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a $200 administration fee
  • 30-60 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage for unforeseen circumstances. Some of our premium packages include trip cancellation protection.
