  • Cancellations made 90+ days before travel: Full refund minus administrative fee
  • Cancellations made 60-89 days before travel: 75% refund
  • Cancellations made 30-59 days before travel: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made 0-29 days before travel: No refund

Please note that some suppliers may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary travel documents, including:

  • Valid passport with sufficient validity (typically 6 months beyond your return date)
